Injonction

Injonction is a project of collaborative drawings on the Internet initiated by the illustrators Nejib Belhadj Kacem and Aurore Callias during one year. Every week an “injunctioner” is designated, who then decides on a theme all participants have to work on and draw.

Un mot par mois is an in-print and online fanzine published in Paris between December of 2008 and November of 2008 in collaboration with Pauline Fouché. Every month a different word is chosen, which serves as a reference for photographs, drawings and texts created by people invited to participate. The constraint of the word is envisioned as a risky limitation that each person defines with its participation and own modes of expression.
